I've often thought people in Halifax don't know how to dress for Halifax weather.
I know, right? Short skirts with pantyhose, or better still, no pantyhose? What is THAT? or those 'fashion jackets', the bomber style that stop inches above the bare waist / belly / few inches of hips before the pants start. Nice stripe of frostbite, ya dumb bitch.
