I know I'm going to be adding to this list.

Women.... (fill in the blanks for yourself here, I'm not into chicks... betcha don't come up with that many though).

if it's meant to be, it will be

It's funny how old mottos keep resurfacing as I excavate through the layers of detritus that the last relationship left on the essential 'me'. This is a good one (far better than, "there's only one person you can count on in this world and that's yourself" although that one has seen me through some rough times).

When confronted with too much stimuli and the absolute inability to fathom what, if anything, I should do to react to it all, I think the best policy is to toss it all to fate and go to the beach with Jenny. This practice has never failed to help me clear my mind. Erin may come too, which is just gravy.

Letting go of the illusion of control is so hard, and yet... so necessary!

I need girl time. I also need to dig out my sarong.

Hm. Sarong.... and spinning thoughts.

[let it go]

Which reminds me of another old motto worth digging out... quit procrastinating and get on with the yoga, Boyce.
