Ingrained beliefs I am fighting:
Sex is only appropriate in the context of a long term relationship.
What I consciously believe:
Sometimes sex is one more way of expressing care in a relationship.
The trick is achieving expressing care -- in any form! -- without falling in love inappropriately. Yes, inappropriately.
Because I needed something else to focus on instead of stress.
Last night left me restless all day, and confused. Glad to know I can muster a No when I have to. Once, anyway.
I have opinions on things and I like to talk about them.

True love is never inappropriate, though the circumstances might be.
Lust, crushes, and relationships to fill cracks in ones self ... that's where the inappropriateness can be found.
